Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Guidewire Consultant / Developersto support a Cloud Transition project, focusing on defect resolution, system enhancements, and integration refactoring. This role requires strong technical expertise in Guidewire along with hands-on experience in large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in Guidewire applications

2. Perform integration refactoringas part of cloud migration initiatives

3. Support system enhancements and ensure application stability

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

5. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

6. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

7. Contribute to continuous improvement in system performance and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

1. 8+ yearsof hands-on experience in Guidewire development

2. Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter

3. Experience in Guidewire Cloud / Cloud Transition projects

4. Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and Guidewire integrations (SOAP/REST APIs)

5. Strong debugging and defect resolution skills

6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

7. Good understanding of insurance domain (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Guidewire Certification (highly preferred)

2. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

3. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

4. Certifications: Lead (Ace), Specialist/ Olos
