🚀 Immediate Opportunity – Gen AI Engineer (REMOTE – Europe)

We have an urgent requirement from our implementation partner for a European clientunder a strategic Business AI Program.

📌 Role Overview

Position:Gen AI Engineer (Senior Level)

Openings:4

Location:Remote (Europe – Preferred: Germany / Nearshore countries such as Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Portugal, Austria)

Duration:12 Months

Start Date:Immediate

Work Hours:40 hrs/week (aligned to CET)

🎯 Project Context

You will be part of a high-impact Enterprise AI Program, building AI agents and GenAI solutionsto streamline business processes and accelerate customer value delivery.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI & GenAI solutions

2. Build LLM-powered applicationsfrom PoC to production

3. Work with SAP data ecosystems, including ingestion, transformation, indexing

4. Implement CI/CD & MLOps pipelines

5. Develop multi-agent AI systems

6. Ensure security, scalability, and observability

7. Create architecture diagrams, ADRs, and technical documentation

8. Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and stakeholders

💻 Core Skills Required

1. 5+ years in software engineering

2. Strong Pythonexpertise (mandatory)

3. Additional language: Node.js or Java

4. Backend frameworks: FastAPI / Flask / Django

5. Microservices architecture experience

6. Hands-on with:

7. Docker & Kubernetes

8. CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, MLflow)

9. Cloud platforms:

10. Azure ML / AWS / Databricks

11. Strong experience in:

12. ETL pipelines

13. API integrations

14. Distributed systems

15. Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

⭐ Nice to Have

1. GenAI frameworks: LangChain / CrewAI

2. SAP experience (SAP AI Core, SAP BTP)

3. Jira / SAFe exposure
